"The property is not as advertised. It is not an individual stand alone home where you have an entire house to yourself. They have a confusing description. It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not...

"The view from my room was gorgeous, the breakfast was amazing, and all staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel art is truly beautiful—not your typical hotel decor. I felt like I was in an Italian art studio. I wish I could have peeked in other rooms to see if each one was unique. “Charming” doesn’t do it justice."

"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"

"Very tough to find. Parking was at least 7 min away. Need to have Euros in change for parking. No one available between 12-3pm. No elevator… tough for elderly people. Area is nice. Can walk to all city attractions"
