"Very lovely hotel with great breakfast and restaurant. Wanted to single out the young lady at reception (Katerine?) who was extremely helpful in an emergency. When my husband was bitten by a dog and needed medical assistance, she took the time to take us to the emergency room, stayed with us and translated while we did the check in and only left when we were in the queue to see the doctor. She also explained how to leave the closed parking area. She definitely above and beyond in providing assistance to us in a difficult situation."
