"This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. "It is a spacious apartment with all the amenities you will need. The main bed is comfortable as well as is the pullout. You can walk easily to restaurants and water bus/taxi. Its just over a little bridge and o a quiet canal."

"Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Only issues - the address does not show up correctly on Google maps so make sure to double confirm the location - we had some confusion around this. Also, we did have a lot of mosquitos in the house - make sure to keep the windows closed at all times. Lastly - the second bathroom is only a half bath - there is a water sprayer in it but it’s not a shower. But overall, it’s a very well appointed, super well...
