PET POLICY
We welcome your furry friends in our pet-friendly homes! A pet fee of $100 per pet applies. For shorter stays of less than three days, we re happy to negotiate this fee at $35/pet per night. Please reach out to discuss and confirm prior arrangements for your pets to ensure a seamless stay.

HOT TUB RULES:
* No standing, sitting, or laying on the hot tub cover.
* Ensure the cover is properly placed back on the tub and secured when not in use.
* Any damage caused to the cover or hot tub will result in charges.
* No children under the age of 14 are permitted in or around the hot tub unsupervised.

To help keep the hot tub in good condition for all guests, please avoid using oils, bath products, soaps, or other substances that may affect the water quality.

If the hot tub water is found to be cloudy after checkout and requires professional cleaning, a $400 cleaning fee will be applied.
