The Space:
This condo is located on the second floor. There are stairs for your use or a conveniently located elevator. Step inside to this brand new build condo featuring an open concept that is sure to suit all your needs during your stay. The spacious living room features a smart TV and a pullout couch. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the basic kitchen necessities, and a dinning room table to enjoy your favorite home cooked meals. Enjoy natural light throughout the entire space but feel free to close the curtains for more privacy. The bedrooms hold a Queen sized bed.

*There is no cable, you will need to use your own personal login for any streaming services that you like and don't forget to sign out prior to your departure*

Located on the rooftop are four brand new hot tubs, up and ready to use. Be mindful that these hot tubs are for enjoyment by anyone staying in the entire building. We look forward to your stay!

Overall it was good! Just a few minor things.. like I wouldn’t say this place slept 4 people comfortably.. we had to bring an air mattress to have enough room for the 4th person. Also the bed and the couch bed were hard as rocks. The freezer on the fridge had issues staying latched and closed. Parking wasn’t the easiest because it is small and only allowed one car per room to park in the lot. Overall it was cute, but probably won’t be back.

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable. The unit was quiet. Common area on roof was wonderful for our big group (we rented 2 apartments). We enjoyed the seating and corn hole games. The ten 2 person hot tubs were interesting-not the cleanest and just kind of weird.

Nice one bedroom in Traverse City

Spacious one bedroom condo driving distance to downtown TC. Basic amenities provided. Hot tubs on the roof are really nice but better maintenance of them would be helpful. Great place for a short stay.

Disappointing visit

I'm usually a very generous reviewer, but this property was less than ideal. It is clearly new construction and designed to look hip and industrial, and that's where the pluses ended for us. And to be fair, it was very clean. Here are our negatives. (1) There is no closet. The free-standing furniture designed to serve as a closet was completely full of bedding -- as was a second wardrobe-type piece of furniture in the laundry room. There was enough bed linens and towels stored for four visits, but no room for any hanging clothes. (2) The furniture is very uncomfortable. The living room chairs and sofa have no cushiness whatsoever. And the furniture doesn't actually fit in the living room. One chair was actually blocking the entry door when we arrived, and there isn't another reasonable spot to move it to. (3) The stove doesn't work well. It is a glass-top stove, which I understand takes longer to heat up, but two burners that we tried wouldn't get hot enough to fry an egg. (4) The only frying pan available was useless for frying an egg. It completely stuck to the pan, even though we used butter. (5) The bed was marginally comfortable -- okay for a night or two -- but not great. (6) All the bed linens are microfiber, which makes for really hot, uncomfortable sleeping. (7) The rooftop area was a big draw when we booked, but when we went up to use the outdoor space, it was dirty and not suitable for sitting to eat or play a boardgame. I would not recommend this rental.

First VRBO

Everything from start to finish was so easy. The only trouble we ran into Was somebody taking our parking spot. After I messaged the person in charge of the VRBO, she kept in contact and we got it all figured out. Beautiful place, very clean and welcoming!

Amazing Stay in Traverse City!

My husband, daughter and I came up for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and well kept and matches the description and photos perfectly. Everything was comfortable and communication with the host was easy and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return again.

Traverse City Weekend Getaway

This place was a nice stay for a weekend getaway in TC. The rooftop was a great addition with hot tubs and Cornhole games. It was close to downtown with a short drive but not quite walking distance. Overall, it met our expectations.

Trump Rally Attendees

This was a spur of the moment trip so we could attend the Trump Rally. This was our first time using vrbo, so we weren't really sure what we were getting into. What a pleasant surprise! Everything about our stay here was absolutely wonderfu.

Great location for wine touring

Easily accessible, clean and convenient. Nice amenities, comfortable and cozy. Hot tub on rooftop was very enjoyable! May suggest instructions for coffee vs water needed for a better experience.. Keurig is simple and much less work required. TV would be a great idea for the bedroom.. Overall great stay and would recommend

Great hot tub

The roof top with hot tubs were great. I had a bit of problem with hot water and the memory foam mattress but my daughter was just fine with it. The tv wasn’t on line but after unplugging it it worked , good instructions on the door lock ahead time, don’t think we could of gotten with out them.
