"Absolute best staff! Heat did not work properly in our room -reported it in our 2nd day and maintenance came immediately to inspect. When they were not able to repair it, we were quickly moved to another room. The front desk staff even brought the new keys and a bell cart to us. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had at an hotel. Nice touch with the coffee and hot beverage station available throughout the day. Enjoyed our first stay and can’t wait to visit again. "

"Description to this listing was mostly accurate. For the price, this is a safe place to stay with a roof over your head. I would not suggest this as a place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time in the VRBO as it is quite small. A few suggestions I would have to make this space a bit better is remove/replace the couch cover as it has holes and does not look the most pleasant. Also the bathroom door desperately needs to be shimmed or shaved on the top. Closing and opening this door posed worries that we were going to break the door handle off. Other than these small flaws, this property had everything that was explained in the posting. The nightclub near the rear of the building was not too loud over the weekend but you could definitely hear it until they closed at 2am (keeping the fan that was provided on helped drown out the noise a lot). The onsite parking is an added bonus, but it should be known that when all rooms are full in this building, this parking lot can really only accommodate smaller vehicles, as the spots are rather tight. "

"Very wonderful use of the space! Felt like the perfect amount of space for 2 couples, a family, or (like me and my husband) a couple wanting to get some time away. We especially loved the access to the Tart Trail and being able to take that into downtown TC. Parking was super easy, and being right off a main street but having a private entrance and parking was really excellent. Multiple games available was an excellent tough! Highly recommend this stay! "
