"Great location in the heart of downtown. All good and would give 5 stars across the board except the shower was just awkward."

"My room lost power in the middle of the night, which shut off my CPAP causing me to wake up distressed. They were unable to turn on the room power. They allowed me to move into a different room. That room had urine stains on the toilet seat. Mould in the shower. When asking for compensation for a disasterous stay, the staff refused and gave me a business card with a number to call on monday."
