"This cottage was really good. The grounds are secluded offering a lot of privacy and safety. The rooms are spacious, kitchen is well equipped so we didn't need to bring much to utilise self catering.There are some points of improvement that would make this cottage excellent.1. Please add locks to the bathroom doors.2. Please fix the front gates to make it safer for smaller children as only one of the two gates is secure. 3. There is a leak in the upstairs bathroom that leaks into the ground floor hallway.4. There were so many spiders and webs in the house when we arrived also quite dusty. A little more attention to the cleaning would have made this experience better.5. Would be good if the cottage owner supplied cleaning equipment for the jacuzzi so that the guests can self clean.Overall we really enjoyed this cottage, we would 100% stay here again and recommend future guests book this for their stay in Wales. It's close to a lot of great spots like Zip World and Snowdonia. The night skies are beautiful here, great for star gazing."

"We had a lovely stay in the blue cottage at the beginning of September. It was like a step back in time, really nice, in a beautiful location surrounded by fields and cliff top walks. Perfect for walking our dog. The kitchen and cottage generally were well equipped, everything very comfortable and cosy! The weather was quite wet and very windy while we were there, so we made good use of the wood burner!The 3 cottages hadn't been cleaned when all families arrived on the Saturday, but this was soon resolved. The cleaning company were very quick to apologise for any inconvenience caused as we'd already brought all our luggage etc in. We'd be happy to recommend blue cottage."

"the location was ideal for us, the house was lovely and big enough for 9 of us and a small dog, it was warm and cosy, had everything you need in the kitchen, the downstairs wet room needs some attention the toilet leaks ,there is a constant bad smell from the wet room. the downstairs bed room was very dusty and full of cobwebs which we had to vac up before we could use it not the not most comfortable bed we slept on could do with mattress topper. we can highly recommend The Madryn Arms in Chwilog the owners are very friendly and the Sunday lunch was lovely ( 10 mins away heading towards Pwllheli"

"I had a lovely week at this cottage in Trefor. It had everything I needed, with comfortable beds, spare blankets and duvets and a fully equipped kitchen. We even cooked the roast potatoes for Christmas dinner for 10! And of course it’s so close to a wonderful coastline and beach."

"The Coach House is a perfect cottage for a family group sat in beautiful countryside and handy to reach all the coastal resorts we love. Our party had 7 adults and two children and there was plenty of space and facilities for us all. The cottage was clean and tidy when we arrived. Three of the bedrooms can be set up as singles or the beds can be put together - one bedroom has to be accessed through another with its own bathroom (there’s three bathrooms plus a toilet downstairs) which worked well for the children and their parents. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Louisa and the staff at Oyster cottages are always available and quick to help with any issues and Louisa was also great at giving us local tips - thank you."
