"The stay was horrid. Our rooms a/c unit was busted in 100 degree weather. When I went to say something to the front desk, there was someone already there for the same thing and said the lady gave him major attitude. The pool was closed for more than half our stay, and when it was finally opened, I stepped in chewing tobacco by the far ends ladder. The bar that was supposed to be open from 5 to 9 (4hrs) was hardly ever open. Had to drive down the road to get a good drink after a long trip. There...

"Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The mattresses were a bit stiff for my liking. Pool area needed better maintenance. The floors felt slimy when wet. Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty. The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better. Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean."

"Breakfast staff was incredibly rude. So discouraging. Refused to continue offering breakfast 30 minutes before buffet closes, really? If you're not open for the last half hour, then change your hours posted for breakfast. Also no need to be rude to customers. Cleanliness is okay. Could be improved."
