"Booked this hotel as it is conveniently located near the airport however, it was a complete disappointment. We booked the family room in which the AC did not work properly, and the door didn't close properly either. Had to call the reception several times to come and check the AC, only to be relocated at 10 pm to another room. Noticed that the water coming out of the bathroom faucet is brown... Hotel is pretty dilapidated and rooms can use a major upgrade. The Concorde restaurant is overpriced...

"I guess you get what you pay for but I was surprised this was a 4 star hotel. AC barely cooled I had to buy a fan cause it was so warm. Same with the fridge, put something in overnight and it was room temperature. Only one available outlet to plug and charge phone, laptop etc. OK for 1-2 nights but wouldn’t recommend anything longer."

"初めてのイタリア旅行で利用しました。移動手段は車。一人旅でした。フィウミチノ空港から車で30分程度でホテルに到着。駐車場完備。 　フロントは24時間常駐（イタリアは夜無人になるホテルがあるそうです）。 　素晴らしいホテルです。シャンプーなど一通り揃っています（日本のホテルと違い、歯磨きセットはありません）。部屋には冷蔵庫があり（ないホテルもあるのです）、庫内にはミネラルウォーターのサービスがあります。他、インスタントコーヒー、ラスク、ジャム、はちみつなども部屋に置かれており、嬉しいサービスです。宿泊した部屋は５階。なんとバルコニーがあり、眺めは抜群です。 　夜は非常に静か（海外は夜騒がしいホテルもあるのです）。 　日本人の方なら満足するのではないでしょうか。安心しておすすめできます。 　余談ですが、フィウミチノ空港そばの、パルコ・レオナルド、パルコ・ダ・ヴィンチ（ともに超大型ショッピングモール）はお買い物好きな方におすすめ。スーパー「Conad」などもあり、何でも揃います。"
