"Probably the best hotel I been to, considering it was almost like a modernized hostel (without sharing bedrooms). The bathrooms were always available for use. There was always housekeeping on standby to tidy the bathrooms. There is also a water and ice station in the hallway, so no need to spend money on water or have to carry bottles of water. The rooms were a perfect size for a single traveler with a king sized bed. It was so nice, I wish they had more hotels like this in other places. Also, after a certain time at night, it is only key card entry so that makes it more safe. The neighborhood isn’t bad and it is walking distance to back bay train/subway/bus station, about a 6 minute walk. It makes it so easy to get to other parts of Boston."

"Excellent stay from front desk, baggage assistance, bartender, to cleaning staff. Only minor hiccup was waiting for possibility of early check-in. Waited for several hours and never received text, so checked in at 3. No biggie, just would have been good to get an update while waiting. Outstanding stay otherwise!"
