"The hotel was clean and smelled nice and the first night was nice. HOWEVER, the second night as an absolute disaster. We were woken up by people knocking on our door repeatedly and running away at 10:50pm. Loud music was playing well past 1am. Doors were slamming every 5 minutes for 3 hours straight. The noise in the hallway was obnoxious. The heavy smell of marijuana was throughout the hallway very strongly at night when I went downstairs to complain about the noise and smell, so much that it still smelled it the morning. The person at the main desk assured me on the 11pm phone call that he would check the noise level and end it. When it continued past midnight I actually got out of bed and went downstairs and he told me he checked but ‘saw nothing’. I asked him about the noise policy and he said ‘10pm on Saturday’ hesitantly, knowing full well it was after midnight at that point. The noise continued and nothing changed. I had a 5am wake up the next day after getting minimal sleep. This was a disaster and I will never stay there again."

"Breakfast was ok. It was difficult to adjust room temp. Very inconvenient to take luggage to second floor for seniors. There should be a lif."

"The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our concern was that all guests are charged an additional $20/day for amenities. We were there on a Monday overnight. The restaurant was closed, the pub was closed, the pool table room was closed, the pool wasn't open yet for the season and there wasn't any special programming. It would be more transparent to just include that $20 in the fee, then to make it seem like you are getting some extra amenities that any other hotel would just have included in the cost"

"This was like staying in a two bedroom walk up in NYC only sooooo much bigger and better! We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of our Room! (The presidential suite). Everything was clean and tidy. Very pleasant decor. While there was not a place to get coffee down in the lobby area, there was a full kitchen where we could make our own. We ended up going to Starbucks down the road a bit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Wonderful location also!!"
