"Wonderful, great location. Private cold and hot baths!"

"L’hébergement offre un lieu eco. Plusieurs petites attentions tel que lotion pour le visage, friandises japonaises, thé, etc Très grande chambre avec un bain et une douche en bambou. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et servi avec beaucoup de respect. Mon highlight d’hôtel jusqu’à maintenant dépuis le début de notre Aventure au Japon."

"Clean and spacious room. Easy walk to Kyoto"

"The Thousand is a very modern hotel, located 5 minutes from the train station (big advantage). The rooms were big, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was rich and covered both Western and Eastern tastes. Overall, highly recommend this hotel"

"Big space, wash machine in the room. Nice bathroom"

"We arrived to Kyoto early, didn't expect the hotel to let us check-in but they did because the room was ready. The process was pleasant and smooth. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet, yet very convenient access to the Keihan line and the buses, about 17 mins walk to Kyoto station and TeamLab. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Kyoto."

"The property was very quant. The rooms impeccable and spacious. Love the Toto toilets the staff has helpful, friendly and knowledgeable"

"The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at."

"It was great! We loved everything about the hotel. From the lovely staff, the well organised and super delicious breakfast and the onsen of course. The best past is that you have to take your shoes off when entering the hotel. This gave me the feeling of entering my home. Would definitely come back again."

"Good size room for Japan and the staff were super friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is comfortable and pleasant. It is a 7 minute walk from the Kyoto station. When we arrived, the reception clerk was adamant that the 3-bed room we had booked was too small for 3 people and that we should absolutely pay for an upgrade to a slightly bigger room. Indeed, the room wasn't super spacious but it was OK. It was very strange however to arrive at a hotel and to be told that they sold us a room that couldn't accomodate as many people as advertised. The receptionnist was a bit too...

"Great place, close to to Kyoto station and just across a 7/11! would highly recommend staying here"

"The hotel is located next to Kyoto station, great for any kind of travel around the town for buses and subway and for the travel out of town. The hotel is a bit old fashioned. But everything was spotlessly clean, hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was exactly as on the photo. Large by the local standards, with a wardrobe and space for the suitcases. Sadly, the breakfast did not live up to expectations. Large selection of food, but all tasted and looked as processed,...

"Great location next to the station! Clean and cozy."

"ステキです。"

"Ótima localização, qualquer confortável, chuveiro no teto ganha destaque, depois de um dia andando muito, no final do dia o chuveiro no teto muito agradável e relaxante. Localização excelente, muito próximo a estação de trem e muitas opções de restaurantes e lojas perto. Valeu muito a pena."

"Large clean room, clean facilities and a large public bath for use on basement level with coin laundry which was convenient. Located approx 12 minute walk to local stations and Kyoto station."
