"プチホテルの良さを存分に体感できる貴重な空間、サービスと実感。細やかな配慮が各所に感じられて好ましい。"

"Rooms were spacious. Mandatory cleaning after 2 nights. Coin laundry on the 8th and 10th floor, they take contactless card as well. You can monitor the laundry machines from the TV in your room and see the status of each machine. I thought that was a nice touch. Location was convenient. The hotel was right next to a JR station. Newdays convenience store nearby, and a whole bunch of eateries on the first floor. Across the other side of the JR station (about 5 min walk) is Ito-Yokado with a nice...

"Reasonably priced, good value."

"清潔なのがすごくよかったです。"

"Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run"

The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and I missed it as soon as I got home haha 10/10 would stay again!"

"Courteous, kind and generous staff. Wonderful with guests and we never felt rushed if we had questions. Highly recommend! Breakfast was well worth the money and the coffee was over the top delicious! Thank you, Tmark. You made our first trip to Japan a wonderful experience!"

"The apartment was very clean, safe and quiet. I appreciated how close it was to Setagaya station. The fan in the bathroom had a loud noise initially but I contacted the property management and they fixed a problem quickly. Communication with property management was easy and the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The only downside for me was the mattress. I stayed for 2 weeks so I wish it was firmer and more comfortable. It was overall a lovely stay and I'd enjoy staying...
