Lakeside Beach Getaway with A Gorgeous Kitchen & Dining Room with Room for 10.

Historic Irish Hills, Located 1 mile from a winery with concerts 3 nights a week, and minutes away from Michigan International Speedway. Welcome to Evans Lake Waterfront in Irish Hills! This lake retreat features a private beach and is minutes from Wamplers, Sand and Clark Lakes. Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor house sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. First floor is very spacious with a ton of room for games, as well as 30 foot private beach just for the residence which has steps on the dock for lake entry. Lake does have algae which is normal for fresh lakes. You will come across fish and baby turtles that swim close to shore! The master bedroom and bunk bedroom has a shared ceiling. Currently no boat access to lake Evans is available for guests.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place outside beach chairs around fire ring. Store kayaks upside down on beach. Place any life jackets back in closet. Close and secure any outside patio umbrellas
Please Clean the gas grill if used for the next guests.

Very nice place in a wonderful lakeside setting. Set up absolutely perfectly for families and kids. Awesome kitchen and plenty of space overall. Very responsive hosts who take good care of the property.

Kevin and Dawn are fantastic hosts! They make you feel at home with all the special little things you could think of. The property is wonderful. The lake was nice and clean. Loved the spacious house. The house was lovely and was supplied with anything you might need. It was very clean. The lake was clean and clear at this time of the year. Very nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this rental. We were there to go to the races and spent most of our time there, so I do not have photos to share.
