We had a really nice stay. The house is spacious and well equipped for all activities (board games, outside games, canoe, bikes, spa...). Ideal garden for relaxing and for the kids to play. Close proximity to a rocky beach to go for a swim. More sandy beaches are also easily accessible. Passes for the Awenda park, a few minutes by car from the house, are available to enjoy it for free.

Ideal getaway property

1) Fantastic cottage just seconds from the beach 2) Numerous amenities available at then cottage for everyone to enjoy 3) Well stocked kitchen and pantry 4) INCREDIBLY clean Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a getaway from the city

Clean property, maybe a 2 minute walk from the water. All the amenities as advertised, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only 2 of us stayed there, but you could easily sleep 8-10 people if you wanted to. Would stay again

Wonderful Stay

A great place to come and relax with family. Host was very helpful when we had questions. Lots of things at the cottage to do and host provided a guide book with suggestions for things to do in area. Great times was had by all

Michael’s house has plenty of room for all. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed hikes and beaching at Awenda Provincial Park. The parking passes for Awenda and Tiny Township were a really nice touch!

We were a group of 5 adults and there was lots of room for all of us, both inside the house and outside.It was well equipped with all amenities that are needed for a short or long term stay.It is a very comfortable house with lots to do.When we had a question, Michael was very quick to respond with an answer.The only thing that could have been better was the weather, but I don't think the host has any control over that.We look forward to returning.

Beautiful property. Well stocked house. Super clean. Loads of wood. Quiet neighbourhood. The host is so friendly and nice. Stayed there with 5 adults, dog and cat. We all loved it. Sad to leave. So relaxing. Highly recommend.

Perfect for large families

We spent a few days during the winter. Michael was great at answering questions and trying to accommodate specific needs. Even provided a Christmas tree and a box of decorations! The house has lots of space for people to ‘spread out’, and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and campfire area.

Well done

This property was in a good location and was well outfitted for our stay. It seemed that some previous renters may have been a bit hard on this property (missing screens, holes in others, a few stains on the carpets, wear and tear) but this didn’t impact our stay and overall the place was still well kept and a great time. The host was very generous and easy to get a hold of. I would book here again! One thing I would change would be the beds!

Little Slice of Heaven

Really lovely property with open concept inside and grassy garden with badminton set up outside. Beautiful stoney beach right across the road and then another stunning sandy beach a 10 minute cycle away (bikes provided). Mike was very quick to respond when I had questions. The views are like nothing I've ever experienced and will never forget. From sun shining beachy days to the moon shining down on top of us around the firepit , it was hard to not feel bliss. Thank you for having us.
