"Trevligt bemötande av personalen"

"I chose this hotel for its proximity to Västerås Airport, and it turned out to be an ideal choice for my needs. It's also easy to reach by bus from Västerås city centre, so the location is genuinely convenient. I stayed in a single en-suite room, which was furnished in classic IKEA style — simple but very clean, comfortable and practical. The room was a little warmer than I'd have liked, but an electric fan was provided, which did the job. The Wi-Fi worked great throughout. The service suited...

"Personale cortese e disponibile. Struttura centrale, impreziosita dall'offerta di colazione, merenda e cena"

"Location is excellent. One-hour drive from Arlanda sirport. No parking on property. Parking is in attached garage, operated independently and requiring to go out of the hotel and into attached building, use separate elevator, codes, etc. Next door to good grocery store. Accross the street from department store. Half block from pharmacy. Five-minute nice walk to and from the train station. Nice walking distance to the very pretty old city area. We were in a suite, so space was large and...

"Always a wonderful experience! Will be back."

"Läget toppen! Rent och fräscht!"

"The hotel was very good. It was clean and easily accessible by bus. It stuck to the theme and the interiors were really cool. Loved the place. Breakfast was also good."

"Hotel environment is brilliant buses and trains close by is fantastic hotel is right in middle of the city."

"The kitchen was in very poor condition."

"Boendet låg mkt centralt och var rent och fräscht. Små och varma rum men med en golvfläkt som fixade det. Otroligt lyhört. Frukost väldigt enkel men ok. Det som gjorde allt bra var den trevliga och hjälpsamma killen i repan."

"Gamalt fint världshus som just nu genomgick lite renovering."

"The actual cabins we were given looked nothing like the photos. And they were dirty, with paint peeling cabinet doors and generally run down. The cabinets did not have complete dishware, cutlery or glassware. Some of the window locks were broken and hanging. The cabins were probably adorable when they were first built but now everything is just very run down."
