The hotel was very good. It was clean and easily accessible by bus. It stuck to the theme and the interiors were really cool. Loved the place. Breakfast was also good.

This, is a beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was comfy, and the breakfast was amazing. We wished we had stayed longer.

Didn’t use room cleaning everyday but had towels replaced. Breakfast seating a little difficult but I understand over Christmas time the hotel was full to capacity so staff managed it well.

Bra restauranger, både middag och frukost höll hög nivå, trevlig personal (förutom en i receptionen), häftiga miljöer och kul aktiviteter för barn på hotellet. Bra rum (bokade superior-rum), men på ett 5- stjärnigt hotell förväntar jag mig inget stopp i handfatet på rummet samt duschdraperier. Det finns rum med duschväggar i glas, mycket fräschare. Ett annat tips är att försöka få ett rum långt ifrån hissarna, de väsnas rejält och stör sömnen. Förutom nämnda negativa upplevelser så är detta ett toppenhotell som jag varmt kan rekommendera.

Väldigt bra service från personalen. Det som är negativt med boendet är att man måste betala extra och boka tid för bekvämligheter som att använda poolen. Något konstigt borrande ljud från badrummet hela natten. Fin utsikt från rum med Sea view och bra frukost.

Cool byggnad och långt drivet hotellkoncept. Vid vår besök var det otroligt mycket barn och barnfamiljer vilket tog ner den exklusiva känslan. Personalen har inövad jargong som först låter trevligt men blir väl klichéartat då det märks att det inte är riktigt genuint, bara skådespel.
