The place features a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a TV with Roku and Netflix, a bathroom with a smart shower, and a small playroom. It is completely private and quiet, close to a convenience store (OXXO) and public transportation routes.

The Hidalgo neighborhood is located right next to downtown Tijuana, so you’ll have the peace and quiet of a residential area with the proximity and attractions of the tourist district.

The property is on a separate lot with its own courtyard and entrance; parking is on the street and is well-lit and monitored by security cameras, so your vehicle is safe.

One block away on the main avenue, there’s an OXXO where you can buy snacks and drinks or other items you might need, and in the evenings near the OXXO, you’ll find food stalls (pizza, esquites, and desserts).

Upon arrival or during your stay, you may be greeted by the neighbor’s dog from the adjacent property, so don’t be alarmed by the barking—and don’t worry, it won’t disturb your rest.

The entrance is completely private. Check-in begins at 3 p.m.; if you need to arrive a little earlier, please contact us. Guests are welcome to use the table and patio; please keep the area clean after use.
