"Really loved out stay at Little Mell Fell. Great instructions to find it. Set up really well for either a couple or a family of 4. Love that it's pet friendly. Was really clean and felt relatively recently done. The location was great to get around Ullswater and out to the surrounding lakes. "

"We had a great week’s stay at Swallows Lodge with our cocker spaniel. Plenty of communication prior to our arrival made it easy to find and access, the property is spacious (especially so for just two of us!) and well laid out. The full kitchen had everything you'd need, the property was spotlessly clean and modern, and the bed big and comfortable. Undoubtedly the highlight is the view through the large bifold doors across Derwentwater, absolutely fantastic. And if you fancy a change of scenery...

"Spacious property, within walking distance of town. Did report that bins were overflowing outside with black bags piled high both on the floor and on top of the bins on two occasions (appeared bins had not been cleared for weeks). Some areas of 5he property were a little dusty otherwise clean. The kitchen is rather small for a property of its size making it a bit difficult to have more than one person using it at a time, and bath a bit tight to get in/out of. Beds comfy."

Perfect location, perfect views, in fact, perfect in every way - from the roll top bath with the stunning views to the well equipped kitchen, cosy lounge with log burner and lulled to sleep by the gentle waves. A short walk to catch the Ullswater steamer and then into Pooley bridge for great restaurant choices. We’ll be back!"

"We booked a last minute stay at the Fellseeker and contacted the team directly to help with booking as we were looking for a dog friendly property. All of the booking team could not have been more helpful, excellent communication from the staff, who immediately sent over all booking information and directions to the property. On arrival at the property, it was lovely inside and very clean. The location is excellent. I would definitely book here again and could not recommend it enough! Thank you...

"A great holiday let for walks around Keswick. The house was large enough for us all with great social spaces. Easy walk into the town to the pub and shops. Very comfortable house and had all we needed for our short break. Parking space quite tight. Only downside hence the three for customer service was that we did find the emails and texts about leaving a little intruding, felt we were reminded about obligations to leave when we’d just arrived, you might wish to review this when the stay...
