The Studio, 2 bed flat, sleeps 4, Hadrian’s Wall, Brampton
Located in the historic market town of Brampton, Cumbria and close to Hadrians Wall. 'The Studio' is situated on the first floor in The retreat@Souter Howe.
Our 2 bedroom apartment, is directly in the town centre overlooking the market square. The accommodation consists of a double master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Travel Cot available on request.
PLEASE NOTE - our apartment is situated on the first floor of a grade 2 listed building and no lift access is available
The space
Our apartment is perfect for couples or families. Our beautiful, newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment, is ideally situated in the historic town centre, with views overlooking the Moot Hall from the Living room.
The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. A travel cot can be provided on request.
Located directly overlooking the market square in the popular market town centre of Brampton. There is a range of good quality shops, cafes, pubs and more on the door step.
The kitchen includes a fridge freezer and oven with induction hob. The kitchen has a full range of crockery and cooking equipment. A microwave, kettle and toaster are also provided.

PLEASE NOTE - our apartment is situated on the first floor of a grade 2 listed building and no lift access is available. Access is via a communal entrance staircase.
Other things to note
PARKING INFORMATION:
Parking on the Market Square / in the town centre (directly outside the flat) is a controlled disc zone 8am - 6pm (Monday-Saturday)
You can use the parking disk to park for 2 hours in the disk zone between 8:30am - 6pm for free, we provide you with a parking disc in your welcome basket. After 6pm you are free to park in the town centre un-restricted until 8am the next morning. Parking is un-restricted all day on a Sunday.
Should you wish to park somewhere parking is un-restricted after your check in, there are a number of free long stay carparks around the town centre, the addresses of two carparks are:
Union Lane Car Park - Union Ln Brampton, Cumbria CA8 1BX
Showfield Carpark - Showfield, Brampton, CA8 1NY
Both long stay car parks are less than a five minute walk away from our flat.

BED LINEN & TOWELS:
All bed linens and towels provided. However please note we are not allowed to provide bedding for the travel cot due to Airbnb regulations.

Sorry, no pets allowed, unless agreed prior to booking. Please send us a message if you want to discuss bringing your pet.
SMOKING:
Smoking is only allowed outside the flat. Please do not smoke inside.
EVENTS:
Please note we do not allow events to be hosted in our property. We politely request that you do not book our property to host parties or events of any kind.
