The Farmhouse holds the main social spaces, where generous seating areas, natural light, and relaxed gathering spots make it easy for guests to spend time together. The kitchen supports group meals and long conversations, and the living areas offer room to unwind after exploring the grounds. During the summer season, Berrywood Farm is offered only as a full-estate rental with all three homes reserved together. Individual bookings for the three units are available only in May and October, and the pool is closed during those months. In the offseason, the main house is the sole residence available for individual rental. The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes during the first week of October.
Parking is available on site, and each residence includes its own kitchen and essential amenities to support relaxed stays. Guests have access to the outdoor areas seasonally, with the full property available during summer season only.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent this property is 25.
