"Odd hotel. Great with airport transfers, but little else. We called to ask where breakfast was. They told us at reception. There was no reception, no restaurant, no staff on site. Our driver dropped us off, gave us our room key, and he took off without telling us anything. We ordered from a local restaurant, which was good. No wine VIP perk, none of the promised amenities. They did pick us up on time, though. Would not stay there again. "

"Sofitel Hotel is in an amazing location, especially for travelers, as it is directly across from the airport and extremely convenient. The spa was wonderful and a great way to relax before or after a flight. Overall, it was a very nice stay, but the price was definitely on the expensive side. Still, for the convenience and amenities, it may be worth it for a short stay."

"The airport shuttle to the property was very convenient and the room was quite comfortable for us ! There are many good restaurants and a mini mart in close proximity. Highly recommend 👍"

"Really great hotel, very nice restaurant. Our problem was the airport shuttle. The very reason we selected this hotel. On arrival in Athens we had called and were told the shuttle schedule. It did not seem convenient so we took a taxi- 30E. We checked in at 5 pm, told them we needed to reserve space on the 7:30 am shuttle and were told it was full, as was the 6:30 am shuttle, but we could go at 5:30! A large airport hotel with a shuttle that runs once an hour and apparently was small. So another taxi- 30E! When we checked out another man had called a taxi because he also could not use the shuttle."

"The staff was excellent; the shuttle was quick and sufficient. In short, it was a perfect choice for an 10-hour layover at the airport and would be great for a longer stay as well! "

"The only thing we had a problem with was the airport shuttle. We knew it wouldn't pick us up until 3:30, and we were prepared for that. They said when and where to meet. We told them my wife had mobility issues. They were more than 30 minutes late arriving to their own meet up. My wife stood on the curb for 30 minutes after having been given wheelchair assistance off the plane. They knew this. So I recommend the hotel 100%. It was lovely. But I would be prepared to get your own transportation."

"Excelente hotel, de los mejores en los que me he quedado, personal muy capacitado y con la mejor atención, desayuno muy variado y con opciones veganas y orgánicas. Actividades dentro del resort excelentes. Espero el próximo año regresar!! "
