"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay at JamGolia Place! The property is clean, peaceful, comfortable, and offers a safe and secure environment. Breakfast was delicious and always served on time. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Excellent hospitality! Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!"

"Management was very supportive check on you to see if your stay is going well ,the staff was warm a very pesante. I would stay there again."

"This hidden gem was more than I expected and I was super surprised and feel blessed because I had the place all to myself the entire stay and I really enjoyed the pool. The house was gorgeous, clean, beds were comfortable and everything was in working condition. The check in process was seamless. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again."

"What you see on the web is not what you get when you go there. We did not stay when we saw the condition of the place."

"The staff was great. A lot of the property was closed off and still being renovated including some of the pools. There was only 3 restaurants out of 7 open and they were not open every night ( they rotated days due to staffing shortages). That being said it was extremely to difficult to make reservations ( which were required at any restaurant) other than the buffet. Buffet wasn’t bad but gets old quick as it’s sometimes the only option. Room service was supposed to be available 24/7 but...

"Great hospitality"

"The stay was awful, upon arrival there was no one to check us in. The rooms need to be upgraded' no wifi was provided television wasn't working. There wasn't any security guard on the property didn't felt safe."

"Only thing I had an issue with was the channels and the netflix on the tv. Other than that one thing, I enjoyed my stay. I spent time in the pool on the beach by the bar. Tried the wings which were really good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me find my way around. They answered every question I could think to ask. Thanks again"

"Great service, people, and food"

"Hibiscus is a hotel that harks back to the simple island feel. I do not want to impressed by the frills and glitz and then overcharged. Hibiscus had a comfortable clean bed and the room was excellent. I had a deluxe double and the balcony was excellent for relaxing. I took a walk down the stairs on the property and was able to swim to the popular snorkelling area and the tourist beach was not too far to the right. I wore earplugs to quiet the nightlife which was not excessive and was...

"Nothing they took my money and didn't honor my cancelation when my flight was canceled"

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...
