"When I arrived at 5pm almost 2 hours after checkout started I was told I’d have to wait at least 2 hours for my room. Strike one. It wasn’t like they were busy either. The place was a ghost town. The worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced. And after letting it run for 5 minutes it was merely tepid. I literally had to exit the shower to rinse my hair in the sink! the AC is either on or off. No thermostat. So I’m in the room, kinda clean and just want to go to bed. At 11pm I discovered my room always across an alley (yeah, great view) was a very loud nightclub with bass booming through the paper thin walls. Then of course there were the crazy people that frequent the neighborhood often yelling and having fights right outside my room on the street. There’s no breakfast. Just coffee(and it was terrible. Just a “cocktail lounge” which is actually a 10’ long bar with 4 stools and no tables, frequented by rather questionable locals. There’s only 1 entrance and I had to walk 100yds in the opposite direction of my room before turning around and climbing stairs (no elevator) then circling the entire building on an exterior balcony to get to my room. Their ad says recently renovated in 2024. That means they painted it. Also, if you stay here bring a charger and super long USB if you want your phone to be able to be charging on the nightstand. Entire place just had a scuzzy feel to it. My advice… stay away."

"Enjoyed the Chicago Brewing for food and drinks, staff friendly. Used the coffee shop. The area is very walkable. Bands playing on Fremont Street are quite loud, I could hear them well in my room (837). Walk in shower a plus, but the water control for the shower has way too much play, difficult to control/maintain temperature."

"Stayed in the Marra Queens, room was clean and had everything we needed including a mini fridge for snacks and beverages. Front desk staff were very friendly upon check in and check out. Pool was great and staff were very friendly! Monorail accessibility made getting to the strip very convenient. Enjoyed the restaurants (Chickies and Maroon!) Great place to stay for price point, would return."

"This place was just terrible. Actually it was probably my worst stay ever, as there was no warning about neighborhood. there was one very loud flame thrower(!) just 100 feet from my window and very loud club just maybe 300 feet on the other side and those kept noise at least until 3 am. so: it was impossible to have ANY sleep and there was no chance to get refund. On the other hand-if you have hearing disability-this place is in great location , near Fairmont , and has free parking as well. breakfast was poor and the guy who run he place was not very friendly after my complains."
