"Such a lovely place to stay. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The room and amenities are in excellent condition. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was warm and comfortable with the most amazing pillows. The room is very quiet and we hand a sound sleep. We will absolutely stay again."

"駐車場が少ないので、外部の駐車場🅿️を探す必要があり、困りました。 外部の駐車場の支払いシステムは外国人にはなかなか難しいです。もっと丁寧なサポートがあると嬉しかったです。"

"Parking tight as motel was full. Close to casino and town. TV options poor. Says SKY but very limited. Staff noisy around 7:30am. No consideration if you want a sleep in. "

"日本人のスタッフがいらっしゃった。 ランドリーもある。廊下にApplesも。（自由に食べてOK）"

"Very clean and comfortable. Karen was very welcoming. Would definitely go back to stay at the Roma motel"

"Good quality property and lovely owner"

"Booked and paid for a spa studio, no spa in the unit received and no one to talk to as reception is not open or manned. Saw other travellers arrive and struggling with the same check in process"

It is a top tier yet affordable hotel. The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. I have a dairy restriction and this breakfast is very accommodating. The gardens are beautiful in the spring! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was easy and free. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of...

"Everything was fine. We headed out in the morning without much fuss to begin our south island trip."

"I stayed on the bottom floor. My room was nice, recently updated, great bed and bathroom. But unfortunately I could hear a lot of noise from upstairs (water in the pipes, movement etc) as well as street noise which made it difficult to go to sleep. I recommend asking for a room on the top floor. Be aware there is limited on site parking. There is street parking but there are time limits during the week."
