"Very clean and a wonderful setting, as there was a backyard where you could sit and surroundings were very quiet and peaceful."

"Old motel being renovated. None of the pictures are accurate. No breakfast, dining area gone. First room air conditioner broke propped against the wall with bed. Refrigerator didn't work, plug in the bathroom. I asked after hauling everything upstairs if all the rooms were under construction. I was told nicely let me put you over here. He knew. Hauled everything back down and up another set of stairs. Newish room. The seating area shown is empty. A room with lots of space. Ice machine has foam in it from cups, no scoop there. Aside from good hot water, Coke machine cheap and pleasant staff it's terrible. They did have coffee in the lobby."

"Surprised that there wasn't a television in the room. Not sure if that applies to the entire property, but I did see a guest bring one inside the building for his own room. My particular room looked liked an unfinished potential update. On the other hand the staff was far friendlier than other places I've stayed."

"The hotel was just deplorable. The entire floor spelled of pot. The ac unit fell off the wall and I had to prop a chair against it to hold it up. You could visualize the outside from the inside of the ac unit. The sink was stopped up and no maintenance was on the premise to fix it. They asked if we wanted a refund, which we did then the manager would not authorize Expedia to issue the refund. The manager laughed at us then hide in the back room. The hotel had one working elevator which were missing the top panels exposing wires. The hotel blankets were ripped and the rooms smelled gross. It was just overall dirty and the elements staying there were less than desirable to be around. I swear we saw two hookers enter. The back grass was filled with cars and a volley ball net was set up. I assume there was going to be a party. The music was extremely loud coming from one room. Do not stay at this facility."
