The Base Lodge is in the heart of Ontario's four season playground. The historic town of Collingwood and charming Thornbury/Clarksburg are just 10 minutes away with their specialty shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

Driving up to this stunning log home you will be greeted by an interlock driveway which steps up to a beautiful double door entry. Around the back of the property is a 41 X 10 foot slate terrace which is off of the Great Room and offers additional entertaining space. Newer Weber gas bbq ensures efficient outdoor grilling. Immerse yourself in tranquility in the 8 person hot tub or enjoy the barrel sauna. This is an ideal location at the base of the ski hills.

Majestic log and towering ceilings allow for plenty of natural light and views of the ski slopes. Cozy up and watch your favourite movie on the large sectional sofa in front of the stone, gas fireplace. Open to the kitchen and dining areas and the upper loft gives this space a grand feel.
SUN ROOM
Beautiful, bright sun room surrounded by windows bringing in plenty of natural light. A round table with 4 chairs. A great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or your favourite board game.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level comes equipped with a full games room with pool table, darts, wet bar with 8 bar stools , cozy seating around flat screen tv, steam room and ski/storage lockers with access to the outside.
UPPER LEVEL
This upper level loft area overlooks the great room and hosts more bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room.
