"I was unable to stay at this hotel. When I entered the room there were large cockroaches scurrying from under the bed. In addition, I did not feel safe there. I had prepaid for two nights and asked for one night to be reimbursed but have nit received a refund. It was a terrible experience."

"The rooms in the hotel are fantastic - spacious, very clean and the view from the window was lovely. The rooms have a modern feel to them and are nice and bright. The welcome fizz at reception when checking in was also a nice touch. Staff were always very friendly. The hotel is located very centrally within Perth so nothing is that far away either. My only point of constructive feedback would be the breakfast, which I thought could have been fresher."

Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay."
