"Is a HOUSE, Not a hotel. We arrived at 6:pm, and there was a house behind a huge fence, we ring the bell, no body showed up, after 1 hour waiting to be attended outside, there was a elderly gentleman that came to us and told us that his grand daughter wasn’t there, he tried to call her but never answered, so finally we leaved without a place to stay after 4 hours driving. If that place i a hotel, why there is not reception service? Who was supposed to serve us? The elderly gentleman? Finally a...

Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"This hotel was beautiful inside and out! The rooms were cute with views of Mt. Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The staff was so nice. We stayed for 4 nights. They have an infinity pool looking right out to the sea. It was a great location to travel back and forth to Sorrento where we had dinner at the Lemon tree restaurant (amazing) and Capri. The buffet breakfast was over the top! We ate dinner at their restaurant 3 times! It was so delicious. The bar area overlooks the beautiful...

"Clean room, helpful staff but very limited range of food in breakfast and dinner plus the main meals were tasteless. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel."

"We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff were very attentive, and provided a wonderful service. Breakfast was great every day and the wait staff in the restaurant in the evening were fantastic. The two guys that ran the pool bar were awesome as well. Massages were great and we used the sauna and indoor thermal pool as well. We were sad to leave when we did but most certainly will be back. Ciao ciao."
