We arrived at 6:pm, and there was a house behind a huge fence, we ring the bell, no body showed up, after 1 hour waiting to be attended outside, there was a elderly gentleman that came to us and told us that his grand daughter wasn’t there, he tried to call her but never answered, so finally we leaved without a place to stay after 4 hours driving. "I would give this place negative 5 if I could. Air conditioning is absolutely terrible and most people slept with windows and doors open. Worst air conditioning I’ve experienced and we tried two rooms and most guests experienced same thing. Also rooms are right next to busy road so all you hear all night are vehicles going bye. Window of room to road is no more than 10 yards away. Crazy! Staff, food, pool, and view were fantastic! Go when it’s not warm!"

Its so close to everything, we easily went through the back entrance to walk into town center and the docks and the train station is barely a 5 minute walk away. We got an upgrade to our room upon checking in and the new remodeled rooms that are offered are absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and very well done. "Fabulous hotel with beautiful grounds and pool right in the center of town. The breakfast was excellent, the room was large and the staff was welcoming! Easy access to both the train and the ferry, as well as wonderful restaurants and shopping, in a quiet corner off the main square. Perfect!"
