"My usual haunt in Memphis. Always nice!"

"This is a new hotel so it's all bright and shiny for visitors. We had a good experience, comfy bed, good breakfast. There were a few minor things that don't detract but the biggest thing for us was that there were smokers, both cigarettes & pot, at every doorway so there was no way to escape the smell or carrying it with you into your room. With very young girls working the desk at night I don't see any way of having the no smoking signs enforced. At least when we were there it was all grown men lingering at both doorways. "

"Such a nice staff they are always super nice and helpful to my aunt that has come several times they even helped her take her bags out after her surgery to help her"

"The room was nice and roomy. A roll of paper towels and some dish detergent would have really been convenient though!!"

"Room as well as bathroom were very clean. Check in was quick and easy. The lobby smelled wonderful. "

"Breakfast was great! The coffee machine was exceptional! My husband loves the pancake machine ! Close to the hospital and great restaurants! I know there’s pillow options but the firm to me needs to be more supportive . "
