"This is not what I expected and the room I was 1st in had roaches well they tried to put me into a different room and that room also the same thing had roaches and the beds was not soft and omg the other guest there was so loud and omg the smell of weed constantly every where we went in that place I am going to get my money back cause that was so ridiculous"

"Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. There are lots of humming noises from the HVAC which may affect sensitive sleepers, but I got used to it pretty quick. Breakfast was solid and the parking was easy. Conveniently located to get to just about anywhere we needed in Memphis and was even within walking distance of Beale St. I'd stay here again."

"The cookies! Staff was very nice and polite! For the price we should have had a microwave in the room"

"Excellent stay"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, valet parking was super convenient. The stay at Residence Inn made our visit to Memphis very pleasant"
