"I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the check-in process was smooth and efficient, several issues throughout our stay raised serious concerns. One of the first inconveniences was parking. It appears the hotel does not manage its own parking lot, requiring guests to use a third-party website for payment. This is not something I have previously encountered at a Hilton property and found it to be unnecessarily complicated. The most concerning issue was with the elevator. It shook noticeably during use, and at one point, the service-side door appeared to come off its hinge while we were inside. We were temporarily stuck until the door finally opened back onto the same floor. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response felt dismissive—especially concerning given that my pregnant wife then had to use the stairs. Additionally, we had two rooms, and both had maintenance issues. The air conditioning units were loud, ineffective, and sounded as though they were on the verge of failing. One room had a broken toilet chain, the beds were uncomfortable, and overall upkeep seemed lacking. The pool was noticeably dirty, the hot tub jets were not functioning, and the breakfast presentation was unappealing, with the eggs sitting in water. Having stayed at four different Hampton Inns across the state in the past week, I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standards I have come t"

"The host, Lisa is most welcoming, warm and friendly! We were greeted with absolutely everything we could think of, including coffee, treats, etc., even down to little details like lotion which I personally forgot to bring! The place was immaculate, beautiful and cozy! Every room was inviting! The house was so spacious and allowed for our four couples to feel very comfortable, yet not losing the home’s coziness. The home has all the amenities you will likely need and use. Thank you so much for letting us stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! "

"It was the perfect space to celebrate as a big family. The open layout made it easier for everyone to just be together. "

"Overall poor experience - the place was not cleaned after the previous guests had left, and it was difficult to reach the hosts. We asked if it was possible to do an earlier check in but received zero responses entire day, so by the time we finally did check in around 5:30pm we were completely shocked that all the bed sheets were gone, left over food was still in the fridge, hair in the sink, and worse - no toilet paper in the second bathroom. I called the number that was provided with the check in instructions day prior, but they were not reachable. It wasn’t until I started texting and sending photos that the second co-host finally responded and said the cleaning person did not show up, and that these things happen “because we are all human” left a bad impression of accountability. She offered sending the cleaning staff to go over at that point to clean (we did not want a cleaning team in here during our time we wanted to relax before dinner), or cancelling our stay and having us book else where (we had already brought our suit cases in and did not want to find a new place to book shortly before dinner time as we were already exhausted), or refund the cleaning fee. We chose the last option as the best at the time, but did not realize just how bad our experience would be during the night when one of our friends couldn’t find any comforter to use and was shivering throughout. If I were hosting, I would have refunded more than the cleaning fee."

"What a lovely place. The "downside" was we stayed during an extended rainy time. The UPSIDE was it was a pleasant spot to be "trapped" in: room for the puzzle on the table, good internet connection, farm animals providing entertainment, kitchen had ample silverware, plates etc., the roads (during cloud breaks) were nice to walk on. We loved it. Our dog loved it. We were trying to find a place to escape the booms/noise of New Years' Eve and . . . we did!!"
