"Ja het is inderdaad een 3 sterren hotel/ appartement. De appartementen zijn wat gedateerd. Dat is niet erg want het is wel schoon. En ja her en der valt er wel iets op aan te merken. Daarom zeg ik het is prima, het is een drie sterren accommodatie. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Niks op aan te merken. Voor ons was het tijdens ons verblijf gewoon goed. Niks op of aan te merken. "

My four stars more towards the air-conditioning (we are at ground floor so having the window wide opened without any latch is not really an option, we tried variety settings but at the end decided to go with only fans mode), as well as the shower head for our room. "Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. "Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night. Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence. We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok. Overall a nice property."
