"We loved our start!! Every single employee at the Grand Hyatt was so incredibly friendly and helpful!! The hotel is a little more upscale than a typical hotel. The pools are not real big, but they are nice and the staff is great! I didn’t realize how close the the airport the hotel was when I booked it. So I was a little nervous. BUT they must have the world’s best soundproofing because we never heard a single sound!! Am I’m a very light sleeper. Loved the hotel!!"

"Terrible dirty room full of hairs. Extremely Dirty. They keep the rooms dark so you don’t notice that they never do housekeeping. Breakfast couldn’t be worse. Location is just ok. Walking distance to Busch Gardens. Would never go back. Check in 4pm and checkout 11am. Hotels have got to stop this."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room appeared old and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the number of cockroaches roaming around the room, including near the kitchen area, which was not clean at all. The carpet was dirty and looked like it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The furniture was also outdated, especially the couch, which looked worn out and old. While the beach view from the room was decent, it was not enough to make up for the poor cleanliness and maintenance issues. Overall, the room felt old, unclean, and infested with cockroaches. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and pest control."
