"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Here’s why:
1. Poorly designed entrance: The main entrance faces sideways rather than the street and is beside a clothing store with mannequins, making it easy to mistake the entrance as part of the shop. As a first-time guest, I was unsure how to enter, and no staff were nearby to assist.
2. Potential safety hazards: The wooden floorboards in the lobby and corridors were uneven. Several boards outside my parents’ room were loose, with one nail visibly...
