The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay very comfortable. The front desk and dining area were clean and well maintained, so I felt very comfortable during my stay. The room itself was fairly standard, but it was cleaned carefully. One small negative was that I found a small piece of toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Having a 7-Eleven on the ground floor was also very convenient.

When we were checking in the woman from the counter made me sign 2 papers. I wanted to know what I was signing. Small letters and a lot of text. She never told me and repeated 3 times “just sign”. She was rude. The other staff members were really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We left the window open for 5 hours but still smelled really bad. We arrived at the breakfast at 9:30 am and almost all the good food was gone. And the food that remained was cold. We would not recommend the hotel

A really, really great hotel :-)

Really, really great hotel. Centrally located, super clean with a really helpful staff. The view from the breakfast room (on the 12th floor) is magnificent. There's even a 7-Eleven in the hotel lobby :-)

Is very nice hotel but the room is very small and the towel was old. The bed is comfortable and breakfast has good variety of choices with good service by the staff. Walking distance to concubine road. Overall is a good stay.
