"I stayed in Room 3208. I felt great thanks to the male staff who cleaned the room so thoroughly from the first day of my stay. If you can find it, please give me a compliment. It felt great to remember us at this time. "The hotel was busy but because of the number of pools available, it never felt overwhelming. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. There are good restaurants nearby and the beach is just a few minutes walk."

"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."

"We loved our stay at ThaiLife so much. It's an incredibly beautiful property, exactly the kind I was looking for to get away from the crowds. I was instantly de-stressed and relaxed and did not even wish to leave the grounds, though I am normally very curious person who loves to explore. I loved their simple but lovely beach too. If I were to change one thing, I would say that putting gravel all around the reception area is not very guest-friendly. We roll our bags and the gravel destroys the wheels. Also, for a completely unknown reason both receptionists at the front desk acted in a non-friendly manner, which probably would not even register with me if Thai people were not usually so friendly, but it's no big deal.
