"Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit im ROBINSON Khao Lak und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt (Nebensaison), man konnte wunderbar abschalten, und gleichzeitig war immer etwas los, wenn man Lust auf Programm hatte (Besonders an den wenigen Regentagen eine tolle Möglichkeit seine Zeit zu verbringen). Vor allem die Mitarbeiter dort haben unseren Urlaub besonders gemacht.

"I would throughly recommend this hotel. The room was spotless on arrival and kept amazingly clean by Kanjanee, the house keeper. The swim up room was excellent and we enjoyed several relaxing days with the pool literally at the doorstep. The breakfasts were good with something for everyone and the hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from the road with plenty bars and restaurants.
We've moved on to Phuket for our second week but missing The Waters...
"We were greeted by amazing staff members at the reception, as well as every other staff member. The property is very luxurious and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is versatile and tasty. Very pleasant and highly recommended!"
"What an unforgettable stay. It was our first time in the Surat Thani province and this being our first stop, certainly didn't disappoint. We utilized the resort sending a Van from the airport, but arranged a ride in advance on our own from the resort back to Surat Thani (doable via the many transport apps).
The resort is new, opened within the year (2026). And they are still doing finishing touches to the grounds.

"What a wonderful resort. We had a pool access room and loved it. The room was spacious and well set out. The patio also generous. The pool depth at the room access was only 0.5m so made entry/exit easier. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was also very good with nice tasting bacon, eggs any way to order and a great selection of other dishes.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: im Restaurant/Bar leider sehr hohe Preise, wir haben dort daher nur die gute Happy Hour genutzt. In der Umgebung gibt es aber zahlreiche Ausgehmöglickeiten."
