Guest Protection Options
We offer two options for guest protection:

Security Deposit – A refundable $500 hold placed on the guest’s card before check-in, released after departure if no damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations are found.

Damage Waiver – A non-refundable $150 fee that covers accidental damages (like broken dishes or minor scratches) up to $150, without tying up guest funds.

Guests may choose one of these protection options. The options are not charged together.
