"Quest 256 Wellington was an excellent place to stay. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, including the cable car, Woolworths, and a chemist, which made getting around and picking up essentials incredibly easy. The hotel itself was spotless and had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. It felt secure as well, with locked lift access adding an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. The staff were fantastic—especially when we accidentally got locked out of our room and needed assistance, as well as accommodating a late check-in without any hassle. Their helpfulness really stood out and made the experience even better. If I had to nitpick, the only downside was that the room door couldn’t be deadbolted. However, this was a very minor issue in an otherwise great stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Wellington."

"Perfect location. Spacious, tidy and well appointed lounge, bar, foyer and dining areas. Rooms are small but perfectly fine. A couple of housekeeping/maintenance things could be resolved in the rooms, but not worth mentioning, and they don't impact your use of the space."

"The room had an odd smell to it when we first entered and the carpet had hair balls stuck to it. It is in a good location but it needs to be updated. There are no USB charging ports on any electronic appliance i.e. clock radio and the outlets are not in close proximity to the bed unless you start moving furniture around."
