"Fantastic, great location, friendly staff especially Hayata and Sree, beautiful clean rooms, nice bed a shower not bath/ shower combo. Just great all around"

"Convenient location in proximity to downtown with own Parking Garage. All the amenities you could want. But the staff were the hotels best asset - just fantastic."

"Great location, with a wonderful staff."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the popular Stephen Ave, and Calgary Tower, and with Chinatown close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a continent location near the Calgary downtown area, you can pretty much walk everywhere if you stayed at this hotel."

"Front desk staff excellent. Restaurant food was not great, burnt or hardened French toast. Informed the server, he said he would inform cook and did nothing to resolve the issue. When you’re staying at a 4 star hotel, and paying higher prices, you expect better service than this. I will consider staying at fairmont palliser next time."

"スタッフが明るく親切"

"Breakfast was great!!"
