"Loved, loved, loved this hotel. The room was fantastic. Super clean. Loved the morning breakfast. In the perfect location. Central to everything via walking (except airport and cruise port). I would without hesitation stay here again. The staff was super friendly. And the icing on the cake was the amazing view of The Acropolis from the rooftop bar!"

"Ermass was a terrific option for us. A lovely hotel room for four nights with the added bonus of a kitchenette. Very convenient location quite near to the metro (both from the airport and to the sites) The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop area was lovely for a place to finish off the evening. The area was not brilliant, but we did not feel unsafe. Remember to support the wine bar outside the entrance - lovely owner. "

Livian was very helpful during my check in and provided me with good information about sites and directions. Nicole was friendly and provided great customer service. Vasiilis was very professional and helped me to resolve my situation at check out. "
