Such a lovely place to stay for our few days in Athens. Great facilities and a host that could not have been any more helpful if they tried. Close enough for a nice walk into the main tourist areas and also a metro stop only a short walk away. The breath-taking views of Acropolis just the icing on the cake.

Property is in a great location, near the metro and you can have a view of the Acropolis. Very clean and has a lift for your bags. A little noisy at night, it’s almost beside a strip joint and bars but quiet after 11ish or so. Would stay here again when I travel to Athens.

The loft was gorgeous. Loads of space, stylish, very comfortable. Great support for anything we needed. Friday night was loud but whitenoise On a speaker made it easy to sleep. My family and I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is modern and clean. Extra little thoughtful touches included, like slippers, sanitiser. Beautiful sustainable bathroom products. The most stunning view of the Parthenon from all windows, and the balcony. Cafes and transport close by. In a vibrant part of Athens. Very secure property.

Excellent accommodations for our family! Once the security system is figured out, you are on your way to enjoying a very welcoming, clean, spacious, well/furnished, well lit, apartment with A/C and every appliance you need, and very friendly staff ready to help if you need them. The area around the complex doesn’t sleep, so it it very noisy in the neighbourhood, but there are free earplugs for every guest if needed! A safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay! 5/5

A very spacious and modern apartment, also very clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us were the extremely worn mattresses. It was impossible to lie in the middle on one of them because it was leaning extremely to one side. A second key card would also be an advantage. Despite this, we would definitly stay here again!

Modern Studio Apartment - 402

Studio 402 - up to an excellent modern standard, and exceptional cleaness. Location few minutes from metro and therefore access to the metro blue line which is directly to the airport. The studio has a balcony with a view to the acropolis from side of the balcony. The area has a number of nightclubs near by and at the weekends can be noisy. Also, balcony on the roof giving views of the area but if being used late at night can be noisy in the studio below with people moving chairs about. This only happened one night at 2am during our 4 night stay.

Security of building was good, the area had many strip clubs & loud clubs with music going until 7-8 am…the management kept turning the air conditioning off so we had to open doors to get air in unit, no windows or fans & a bat came in & it was a terrifying horrible experience, which I know was a very random thing to happen & might never happen again but being put in that position was wrong of management to do to us…but the property & condition was very good, clean & nicely put together with all the basic necessities, the local ‘square’ was great too, overall good experience for the most part & beautiful views from the rooftop

Almost perfect but…

I stayed from Monday to Saturday. It is a nice building and each floor has two rooms, and worth mentioning the two rooms are inter-connected, which took me by surprise. Though, it wasn’t a problem until a group checked in on Friday. TAV is surrounded by several clubs, and again it wasn’t a problem until Friday - until Thursday every night you could expect the music to be ceased by 02:00. I consider TAV good value for money, to certain extend I would say too good to be true. The room was well maintained and I did feel home away from home. My last night here went downhill, it was a nightmare. A group of guys moved into the connected room next door and I did not realise how poorly sound proofed the rooms were - I could hear every word of their conversation, phone notifications, laughters ….. then things escalated, there were clubs only open on weekends and the music was 200 times louder than weekdays, from 17:00 onwards! This really doesn’t help as I had early flight on the following day. I thought the music would cease at 02:00 but no, it carried on til 5:00 in the morning. The room was like right in the middle of the clubs, there is no chance ear plugs would be sufficient. Needless to say I could not sleep at all until 05:30. The poor sound proof for TAV is really a let down of such a wonderful accommodation facility. My experience last night here is really poor. I would still stay there during the week but will definitely avoid Friday and Saturday at all costs.

Beautiful loft, amazing experience

This was my first time traveling to Greece, and my stay at this property was excellent. Before I arrived, I received an email the check-in instructions. It’s very clear and very easy to get into the unit. The property does not have a front desk. Inside the unit, there were lots of thoughtful touches that add to the experience. If you forget any toiletry items, it’s likely that this property has provided it in the room. This property has a fully functional kitchen and all of the things that are needed to cook a meal. One of the nights that I was there I decided to cook and then eat on the balcony and it was great. The views from the rooftop or from your balcony, depending on what floor you’re on are amazing. Again, depending on what floor you’re on, you can see the acropolis. The only negative that I can think of is if you are a light sleeper this may not be the best location. The area that the building is located in is clearly a party/club neighborhood. About two blocks away there are several bars/clubs that play music late into the night. This didn’t bother me at all, and actually was quite convenient to go out and explore Athens nightlife. But even if you do find the nightlife area to be a negative the property provided earplugs on the nightstand. I would definitely choose to stay here again. It was a great experience.

Beautiful loft, amazing experience

MUST STAY HERE!!! Its a MUST, you cant get anything better then this Athenian View Loft View. This place was GREAT!!!! Eva, was great communicating with me the entire time, before and after our arrival. The check in was smooth and easy. I definitely saved this location to return, and I bragged to everyone. The Rooftop lounge has a stunning view of Acropolis. So going to bed and waking up and heading there was a site to enjoy. You will NOT regret coming and staying at the Athenian View Loft. Also, its cheap taxi fair all around its like your in the middle. And its LGBTQ friendly.
