"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"The place was actually better than I expected. The location in media city around corner from Warner Bros. Studio tours, and just a couple miles from Universal Studios Theme Park. Several restaurants options a few blocks away to walk to, and Wholefoods nearby. Area felt safe and clean. Place is really cute inside and all the amenities were there to make the stay very pleasant. "We were a party of six ( two grandparents and 4 pre-teen children). Everyone of us loved the house. It's 5 minutes from the airport and about 17 minutes from Universal Studio. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs and the kids loved having a ping pong table in the detached garage. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs.
