"I had an absolutely horrible experience with the parking situation at this hotel. I reserved a parking spot ahead of time, only to arrive and find that the assigned spot was too small for my car. I was instructed by the hotel to park in a different spot, which I did, trusting that the staff had provided me with a valid alternative. I then went on with my evening to attend a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, only to receive a message saying I needed to move my car because the spot I had been...

"Disappointing stay, listing and actual property did not match. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the listing. The biggest concern was that the property and listing photos did not appear to match the unit we were provided. I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm that the photos and amenities shown are for the specific unit they are booking. There were also several cleanliness concerns during our stay. "Nice to have kitchen. Parking was uncertain and not an amenity, but found across the street. Convenient, clean, but not for those looking for luxury."

"The stay was for Annime Expo, Close to LA Convention Center. Place clean and the roof top pool was a cool place to unwind"

"The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties."

"Excellent, roomy property in a central location that makes it easy to enjoy Hollywood, Museum Row, and other great spots. It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. The building decor was stylish and also had good security features to feel completely safe. Our rental came with a designated parking spot in the protected basement garage. There are coffee shops and retailers...
