"1.Communicating with the property manager during the verification process was quite frustrating, as there were numerous requirements such as providing a driver's license, a selfie, and a passport.2.The instructions provided for finding the "property key" were incorrect. We spent nearly an hour searching before calling for help; only then were we directed to the correct location.3.Although the property located in a good area, the furniture was very cheap, old and of low quality."

"The apartment was spacious, clean and very nice. Very conveniently located to lots of restaurants, etc. The instructions could not have been more helpful, including guides to the area. Many thanks, would definitely stay here, again!"

"This was such a convenient location that it rates a "10" although we can only give it a "5". It was a clean unit in a quiet location close to the train that provided us transportation all over Sydney. We really lucked out on a place to stay for our first trip to Sydney. We'll be back!"
