The property is surrounded by National Trust land offering walks to Godlingston Heath's Agglestone Rock, Old Harry Rocks, and the Studland Nature Reserve. The Pig-on-the-Beach and The Bankes Arms pub are a short stroll away, and there is a small playground across the road for little ones. The local village shop is 200m away with fresh local produce, great wine/beer selection and a post office.
