"Great location, very clean and well appointed, we travelled outwith the heatwave in London but still struggled with the hot temperatures for the rooms despite there being an air con unit added. That is the only negative. All staff were friendly and kind with free bottled water offered often."

"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,...
